proposals and execution of Intellectual Property strategy in areas of Patent,
Copyright and Trademark.
Patents
Draft and prosecute patents in my areas of expertise. Where and
when appropriate, provide dollar valuation of the patent portfolio. Search and analyze the patent literature for opportunities
and threats.
Prosecute trademark registration. Analyze trademark registration in light of the brand strategy.
Search and analyze registered trademarks to identify threats and
opportunities.
Contracts and Licenses
Draft and negotiate contracts related to business
transactions and intellectual assets. Examples include: Development
agreements, supply agreements, and license agreements.
Litigation Support
I do not specialize in litigation; I support the enforcement
of intellectual property rights through license negotiations, notices, and
cease and desist letters. I work closely with the litigation team when such
action is warranted. |
